I got a furniture dolly, but it’s only good for one end because the bottom is recessed, and I’m not sure how strong it is.

Just got an idea - I’ll put one end on the dolly, and other on a 2-wheeler and kind of ease it out of the room that way.

How badly do you need the desk to be all in one piece? This widder woman reccomends a well-sharpened hatchet or ax (I use a hatchet cos the ax is too heavy). I "modify" the shape of the item to be removed (don't waste your time trying to make it look nice as you are hacking it apart!)

If you want to use the desk again, stand it on one of its ends. Then you can dance it across the floor and shimmy it through any doors.

Finally, if all else fails, got a gas can? House insurance all paid up?
