OK, trivia question... who played Renfield in the Gary Oldman/Coppola Bram Stoker’s Dracula?
Answer: it was Tom Waits-— a perfect deviant slave of “Master” eating flies and bugs. Not far from his personal life experience for ole Waits.
Gee... A Dracula movie with actual “acting”..

I still love the early 70s (late 60s?) Dracula with Christopher Lee. He was excellent in the role.
Louis Jordan as Count Dracula. I remember the 1974 version with Jack Palance too.
Bela Lugosi is still my favorite. Having been born in 1947, he was the first Dracula I ever saw. Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein is still a favorite of mine.
