Hi.

Thanks for your legal opinion.

Mr. Wood will probably ask for a change of venue out of Kenosha. Also, motions can be filed to the Federal district court in GB regarding Rittenhouse’s civil rights (1st and 2nd amendments).

This has a long way to go.

I think Kenosha is the best venue. This kid was trying to save the town. You want a jury pool out of that town. He will not be convicted. You need 12 people to vote unanimously for conviction. You only need one hold out.

He may not be acquitted, but he won’t be convicted. He may be from Illinois, but he worked in Kenosha and knew a lot of people there.

He’s a local boy.
