It was clearly self defense, but it was stupid of him to go there, and even more stupid for his parents to let him. You have to take into account who the AG is. They WILL get him on something, he will do time. His life will be destroyed for nothing.

He was making a stand for freedom and came prepared for all contingencies because no one else was.

You’ll be begging for more young men like him if Joe Biden wins. Frankly your mentality makes me puke.

I think Kenosha is the best venue. This kid was trying to save the town. You want a jury pool out of that town. He will not be convicted. You need 12 people to vote unanimously for conviction. You only need one hold out.

He may not be acquitted, but he won’t be convicted. He may be from Illinois, but he worked in Kenosha and knew a lot of people there.

He’s a local boy.

US law makes it very difficult for a state to NOT extradite someone if properly requested by another state.

His life will be destroyed for nothing.

I would argue that he pretty much single handidly put an end to the Kenoshia riots. Had he not done what he did, they would have burned the town that night and the following nights. After his self defense action, the rioters decided that it was not worth their lives to burn the town and left.

I’m confident that Kyle will be exonerated and end up a wealthy young man.
