That is why I am saying to go on the borders of states very close by NO WAY should he do a rally of 250 and I don’t think he will, he needs to find a farmer somewhere with a ton of land rent the bleachers ect and go for it!!!
That is a great idea, as long as there is highway access. We used to do that for kegs, with permission of course and a slight cut of the 'gate'.
