Sadly, the A-10 is Air Force only but alas, none for the Navy. And the Air Force has been trying to get rid of it for decades.

I know the A-10 is an Air Force plane and was joking about a Navy version with pontoons. But it would be pretty cool to have one bobbing on the ocean until the call comes in. Then the pilot fires up the twin TF34s, gives it full rudder and spins 450 degrees before skipping across the waves and into the air!
