Can anyone tell me what happens with unspent campaign contributions? It seems clear that Biden has all but stopped campaigning, and that obviously saves a ton of cash.

Perhaps he's earmarking it for his legal defense fund.

The more they spend on advertising the more they can skim off the top. Bernie set up his family as advertising consultants and skimmed off over 10% of his entire budget.
