Nope...I just looked it up.It's real.It's a security clearance specifically designed for those who access nuclear secrets in their work.IIRC he said that he had something to do with the Navy's nuclear program.Obviously many of the Navy's vessels are propelled by nuclear power and Navy subs can launch nuclear missiles.
