That’s more a problem with Black families. The reason for their deteriorated state is entirely due to the post-1960s welfare state that demanded fathers not be present to get benefits. Created armies of future inmates. Sadly, what was considered shameful in the Black community soon became a badge of honor.
If the White community ever reached the level of deterioration and illegitimacy as Blacks, the entire society would collapse.
