Kushnerism. I don’t know how much Jared had to do with Trump’s amnesty for drug dealers, but I gotta think that this does a number on Trump’s law and order messaging. When Trump reminds people that Biden was a big law-and-order guy in the 90’s, is that really a message that gets independents to vote against Biden? Many independents are just liberaltarians who don’t want to get mugged. Biden’s decades-old law-and-order creds are an asset, not a liability. The #1 black priorities are racial quotas and gibsmedat. No way Trump is competitive with Biden on those issues. Overall, that side of it has been a big snipe hunt.
