Try Vick’s vapor rub (or store equivalent) on your nose.

I looked up EPAP as I’d never heard of it. My apnea is really bad so I’m not sure it would work for me. I use the nasal pillows. I sleep with my mouth closed because if I didn’t 10psi would escape.

I have an app on my phone called Snore Lab. It records your snores and gives you a quantitative score. Once you establish a baseline, you can start experimenting with different factors, such as diet or alcohol.

I use a machine with a humidifier, and a full face mask.

I've been on CPAP or BiPAP since the mid 90's. Dunno if I could live without it. I know sleep without it is hideous on those rare occasions it's necessary. Closest I can come to normal sleep is sitting in a recliner with one of those firm memory foam horsehoe shaped neck pillows holding my head upright. Always reminds me of that comedian who had the neck brace. No accident, just too lazy to hold her head up. Hehehe.
Something that would help with sleep apnea would be most welcome if the side effects weren't worse. d:^)

What you described does not sound normal. Have you discussed these issues with your doctor (sleep specialist)? Perhaps the pressure level on your CPAP needs to be adjusted.

. . . will probably cause explosive diarrhea or death which ever one you consider worse... Close, very close!
"Oxybutynin, for example, more commonly causes abdominal discomfort and constipation, and atomoxetine has been associated with mood swings and suicidal thoughts, according to MedlinePlus.gov."

Same here... Although, I don’t have the apnea. I just sound like a jake brake on a diesel tractor... Slow, steady, strong, and loud enough to vibrate the windows.
