While they may say they want to ban fracing which I’m not sure they can, their only control is over federal land. They have no authority over state and private property. Any attempt at that will end up in the supreme court and we know what just happen there. The EPA report gave fracing a clean bill of health as it should have so they don’t really have a leg to stand on. I suspect the supreme court will be very busy for the next 4 years.

They will certainly find a supposed applicable law, such as pollution, environmental hazard, etc. I have seen all the videos of them saying they would ban fracking, and only once were Federal lands specified.
