I’m hoping that is it. Also, the Biden campaign has TONS of money to spend. Perhaps they think they might as well spend it in TX and GA.

Their location isn't the big problem anyway. The big problem with these people is vote fraud - which, as others who are probably close to the scene, is happening in Houston / Harris County.
