A moron would be able to tell that during the debates and some interviews, he is relatively cogent, yet at other times he thinks he is running for Senate or against “George”. So is it George Washington, George H.Walker Bush or George Bush? What are they giving him and what doctors are administering these drugs to enhance his mental acuity, which in essence is perpetuating a fraud against the American people.
What would happen if a doctor gave a mentally failing doctor, a friend, drugs so he could continue to practice medicine, and a patient died?
