I once saw an episode of Criminal Minds where the protagonist actually obtained blood from a nearby slaughterhouse and applied it to tampons so that he could throw them in the trash to prove to his “husband” that he was a woman. In the drama, the “husband” never knew he was married to a man.
It could happen.
Psychosis happens.
Wow how bizarre.
Not to get too graphic, but, one would think with married couples, that such secrets would be revealed, when such relationships are physically consummated. Just saying.
