DEMS ABANDONING SENATE CHAMBER: Refusing to be present during McConnell’s speach, the DEMs began filtering in to vote on ACB nomination. Each gives their vote and then departs and their side of the chamber is now empty.

The Dems representatives don’t show up in the House. Pelosi keeps them out. They vote by proxy.
Thre should be a law that no Representtive vote may be tallied, if that Representative is not present in the chamber for the roll call vote.
That is the law - McCarthy filed a lawsuit yesterday.
