I thought vote was expected in 1-1/2 hours from now or so but C-SPAN2 curently shows, “Vote to not allow Schumer’s motion to adjourn Senate until November 9 unless White House & Speaker Peolosi reach a coronavirus response deal.” There is currently nobody on the floor speaking.

Water level at 3 Gorges Dam is now 174.2m high. Cuntan Dam upstream is 175.82m high, which is over the max safety level of 175m above sea level. Something is v.wrong as 3GD should be letting more water out. Levels are too high.
