that is the most relevant stat - percent positive per number of tests. As we’ve noted and POTUS has been saying, too, the more tests you do the more positives you get - aside from all the tricks they’re pulling to max the counts.

It would seem so ... but not so much. Ask Smileyface about it. She has first-hand knowledge, as a professional in the field, that the PCR tests can "Always" turn up a "Positive" if that's what one is after.
I have linked a couple of times another angle on this, from the group of doctors suing W.H.O. over the fraudulent lockdowns. They assert that the PCR test is TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE for diagnostic purposes.
Hence the percentage of positives is just as shaky as any of the other stats.
