Another friend told me hundreds died in villages he was in contact with but it has burned through now and they are safe. But broke.

That is terrible news from Peru. Are people malnourished, or maybe there are a lot of parasitical infections compromising peoples’ immune systems?
On Maui people are hungry?! that’s odd.
