It appears to be a Chinese site being used by anti-communist people who have access to the sex videos made by Hunter Biden. They show themselves in the introduction, and have a message at the end about how the Chinese government uses blackmail of politicians like Joe Biden.
The video definitely looks like Hunter Biden having a sexual encounter with a female. It has some slight blurring of his genitalia, but not much. It is definitely a NSFW or family video.
