Good point, but a lot of people are emotionally invested in Obama. It's hard to get Joe without tarnishing Obama. Wait until after the election to scuff up Obama. People hostile to Obama will be voting for Trump anyway.
They are ALL going to get away with it until we do something about the fact that government people who commit Federal crimes get tried in D.C.
D.C. is a company town that does not produce anything of value. Everyone there relies on the Swamp to confiscate wealth from productive parts of the country and distribute it to them.
You will never get a D.C. jury to convict any of them.
It would be like trying to get a huge judgement against Ford Motor Co. in Hamtramck.
