I support the people lying. My view of sinning and false witness means that you can’t lie to someone who you should not lied to (court of law, spouse, etc). Coronacrats are not people who you should not lie to.
I don’t mind them lying to the investigators either. It’s none of their business. I just meant that the article is written as though this is earth-shattering news. People lie all the time, and sometimes, with good reason.
If I had been living under Nazi Germany rule, I might’ve gotten in trouble with the authorities for lying to them about keeping Jews hidden in a secret room behind a bookcase, but I’d still have been doing the moral thing.
These people asking the questions are nothing more than the secret police back then. They can stuff it.
My cousin’s daughter, a New York State school teacher, is a WuFlu Nazi contract tracer. She’s the reason we haven’t sneaked into the state to visit our 96-year-old mother whom we haven’t seen since 2019. Cuomo has his contact-tracing minions all over the place, and the state still shut down for travelers from TN.
So my cousin, a lib teacher, would narc us in a skinny minute resulting in fines and quarantine.
