What would be used for civilians attempting/planning/engaging trying to overthrow the US government that would qualify for military courtS, as asked by Graham and answered by Kavanaugh?
If they hold tribunals, the MCM would be used for the process. The charges from LOAC.
BTW, treason, sedition etc are all the province of the Federal Court system as well. Perhaps a decent way to get tribunals is that due to the number of perps, they couldn’t guarantee the right to a speedy trial in the regular system. Who knows? I can’t wait.
