No one’s asking or expecting him to vote R. It’s a stupid public endorsement that now will taint him for the rest of his life. Johnny Carson was the same. Obviously dim all his life but it wasn’t overt or over the top throughout his run on tv. Near the end he slammed Bush before he croaked and removed all doubt as they say.
