My apologies to you: the intention of my post was to link “Three Banners” with the biden logo. The link used has a short blurb that attempts to accomplish that. The underlying article, whatever is within it, is not required for this exercise.
I actually initially attempted to use wikipedia, but that is apparently not suitable as a FR reference.
