An attention seeker. Usually they do something like fake seizures so they can be the talk of the event.
It is funny that you mention this. We were having a retirement party a few years ago for a guy who was my driver for a couple of years. This stupid 17 year old girl who came with her mother faked a seizure because she was having a fir but no one was paying any attention to her. There were several paramedics along with an emergency room doctor and a bunch of us who had decades of experience dealing with this type of thing.
Within a couple of minutes the situation became obvious. This girl who was now the center of attention was telling us all about all the nonsense that she had going on in her life. She almost immediately forgot that she had gotten everyone’s attention by performing a poorly executed fake seizure. If she had been good looking the attention probably would have continued, but within a couple minutes everyone lost interest. So she had a temper tantrum after that and her mom had to take her home.
