If the Dems are only harvesting votes from people who haven’t voted yet, there’s no problem and no reason to care.
If they were using vote harvesting to manufacture votes by filling out ballots for infrequent voters, showing up with a pile of ballots supposedly from voters who already submitted a ballot elsewhere is kind of an issue.

If the legit ballots come in at 101,000 R and 100,000 D, the the D’s pull 2,000 ballots out of their ass.
