Could the lack of crowds be a “Mass Abstention “ as sometimes occurs here?

DP just found a picture of Shannon on Facebook saying, “Is this someone’s cat? She’s so sweet!” Danged suck-up Shannon. They can’t have her. I paid her vet bills and keep the food bowl full!
I think it was either early voting or people waiting until later in the day - or both.
