Of course the Biden’s have off-shore bank accounts. How I know? look at the pre-emptive strike the NYTimes made this morning against Trump having off-shore accounts. Trump’s businesses would have to have accounts if for no other reason than they are operating with foreign currencies and paying local taxes. This is basic stuff, so of course your average Democrat wouldn’t know it.

One place to look would be French Polynesia.....that’s the first place Obama and the wife traveled to when he exited office.
Unlike his VP, Obama was new at the offshore game......so Biden....who knew all the ins and outs
after 47 years on Capital Hill...probably helped Obama find a safe place for his “federal inheritance.”
