Didn’t the Browns go 0-16 in the 2017 season?

They did. And it was the worst Browns season I've ever seen. The difference here, in my opinion, is that the Jets are out of the game before it even starts. IIRC, the Browns lost two games that season in OT (Steelers were one of them). They had a couple that they lost by 3 or less. So the chips fell as they would for a terrible team that season. But the Jets are just plain awful. I don't think the Jets have lost by less than two scores in any game so far.
