Sounds like the government (FBI) never offered him a deal, or aren’t interested now. His life is possibly in danger in prison. Let’s hope something explosive is found quick, I have less patience than most at this point myself.

The 2018 trial turned on claims that a group of defendants pushed a Native American tribe to issue $60 million in economic-development bonds and then diverted the proceeds for their own use. Instead of investing the money to benefit the Wakpamni Lake Community of the Oglala Sioux tribe, the defendants spent the money on things such as shoring up other businesses they owned.
Investors who bought the bonds werent told about conflicts of interest that riddled the transactions, such as their investment advisers ties to people who influenced the decision to issue the bonds in the first place, the Second Circuit panel wrote.
