Four is home. Mrs. Cunningham cannot be happy, but domestic repercussions of misconduct are not within the UCMJ’s reach. They are matters for separation and divorce proceedings since the UCMJ pertains exclusively to criminal law. Domestic law is in state statutes and judicial opinions.

Maybe the Army needs a #MeToo program.

Of course, investigation will continue - conveniently - through Election Day. I sure as hell hope North Carolinians can see through the “media”(D) fog and reject Cunningham.

“As reported in the N&R, some women will vote for Cunningham despite revulsion at his conduct because they want a Democratic Senate.”

Yep. Party über alles.

When I was in the USAF, in one of my assignments, I replaced someone who was court-marshaled for adulatory. He was a prior-service enlisted man who became a commissioned officer with about 18 years of service. He lost all the benefits he earned and ruined his career. Unfortunately, a former Commander in Chief (Bill Clinton) got away with doing the same thing others were punished for.
