I met him during that campaign in an intimate evening Republican dinner. It was strangely small for what was normally done.

I heard him speak at my brother’s high school graduation in ‘94. He was excelllent but you could tell some of the more liberal attendees were squirming in their seats as he spoke about America’s greatness and God’s Truth.
