Switched to the ABC spectacle and I’m puzzled why Slow JoePedo Biden is looking up in the sky when answering questionings ... his eyes are looking far more upward than it appears the questioner is located & I thought they were together, not a jumbotron above or something.

Surprised NBC hasn't changed the camera angle. It's great for POTUS. Also did they raised the volume on Guthrie mic so she could talk over POTUS near the end?

My son, an RN, has been curious, heretofore, why Biden is looking down so much. Odd behavior. :)
