Biden does not expect to win and never did. He has, like Hillary, put together absolutely nothing constitutional to win on, and what he pretends to offer is seriously Anti-American, soon to be exposed as being of the Chinese Communist Party variety, with the marked bills and cash transfers to prove it.

I think even the stupid people feel it in their bones. They may very well not vote at all, or possibly, secretly will even vote for Trump. (Regardless of what they are saying.)
