If Joe drops out now, or even before the Electoral College vote in December, the dems can substitute another candidate for President. Harris doesn’t automatically get bumped up to POTUS. That only happens if Biden/Harris win the EC vote and Joe drops out after becoming President-Elect.
Remember, no one votes (except the EC) for President, but rather Electors pledged to vote for a candidate.

It could be Kamelface, but could just as easily be Hillary, Bernie, or someone else. A group would select the candidate — the Electors, maybe? Considering how badly Kamela is being received by the public, they easily could cut her loose.

If Biden drops out I doubt Kamala will be at the top of the ticket. The only reason Biden got this far is because there are a lot of stupid democrats out there who think he’s a moderate. I’m trying to figure out sho they would substitute.

If Biden wins, it's possible the DEMOCRATS will impeach him to get a Pres. Harris.

Anyone think releasing this info was all part of the plan to get Joe to drop out and then Kamel face becomes POTUS? I'm more inclined to believe this was in response to Durham and Barr saying there'd be no action on the FISA investigations until after the election.
This is being dumped now to prove that the DoJ and FBI have been dragging their feet because they've been covering up evidence that implicates Democrats.
