No your governor has to ask for the Feds to come in and they refused to let them. Blame the mayor, your gov and state DOJ where the blame lies. The only way the Feds came in is when Federal property is threatened and when they were there they arrested certain Antifa people who are big trouble and big time domestic terrorists.
