I wonder what the RAF was trying to hit in Poland. Those Tallboys were massive bombs. A couple hits with those took out the Bismark’s sister ship the Tirpitz.

At the time the bomb was dropped, the area was German territory.
The Soviets actually moved the entire nation of Poland westward, giving them a huge chunk of Eastern Germany.
