As my previous post on Free Rebuplic would show I totally agree with you. As I’ve stated on numerous occasions, if you can walk into a gun store you should be able to purchase whatever you want. “ Shall not be infriged .”
In the Founders day, you could own a fully appointed Merchant vessel that was heavily armed enough to double as a Navy ship.
Field artillery, hand grenades, etc...
So yeah... I'd include everything up to and including orbital weapons platforms all the way down to John Wick's pencil.
