Well, step 1 you make a whole boatload of money. Then step 2 you use that money to buy up the competition or drive them out of business. Step 3 you use some more of that money to bribe the government regulators who are supposed to get upset about what you did in step 2.
After that, there aren’t many people left to object to whatever you want to do in step 4.
