No- the Lab created it- with material stolen from Chapel Hill,NC and Edmonton, ONT level 4 labs (he gets the insertion enzymes correct— and the sourcing of Bat and let’s not forget.. Ebola virus RNAs) virus was taken to the Mongolian border and tested on Uyghurs in two major labor/concentration camps there. NOAA and nuclear treaty satellites in mid January to early February 2020 detected sulphur dioxide plumes (huge plumes of smoke with it) over these sites.
