Isn’t there a “CRIME” here somewhere? I mean, there has to be a group conspiring to affect the result of a presidential election by striving to influence voters through the reporting of incorrect poll numbers? If I’m wrong, and their is no law against doing this, please correct me.

There is no statutory law against lying to the public. The only lying to the public that has a legal remedy is common law tort of defamation.

Because there is no crime of lying to the public in order to affect an election, any conspiracy to that effect is also not a crime.

Not a crime if the government and press work in cahoots to mislead the public either. See the “Russian collusion” hoax.

If there isn’t a law against pollsters fudging the numbers, especially if they’ve conspired to do so, there ought to be!

It is undeniably criminal to do what the mass media is doing with all of these fake push-polls. The power of PRAVDA cannot be overstated. They are all in cahoots with the DNC, Antifa, BLM, and George Soros.
