Do you think the course of human events will continue on like normal if any leader of any country went on international TV and said "there is intelligent life out there and here is the proof"? Everything will change.

No, but there apparently is a plan to present them as an outside threat for further justification of global government.
Who knows how true and accurate what Trump will be told?
