If Matt Dolloff is their employee, as 9News has been saying, then that exposes them to a major lawsuit. But no official denials. You would have thought corporate legal people would have cut short their Sunday golf game to issue some sort of statement.
If he’s not their employee they don’t have to issue a public denial to protect themselves from lawsuits. Anyone who files one against them is just going to run up against the brick wall of the fact that he didn’t work for them. Which might open them up to a lawsuit filed by Pinkerton.
