Soros takes orders from the Payseur family. I’ve gone back to the early 1800’s and have those names (Daniel Payseur who begot Jonas, who begot Lewis Cass, who begot Lola Madelyn [Fulghum]). I’m looking for the name of the current Payseur, but no luck yet.
The attached report says they own 95% of everything they’re involved in - banks, railroads, gold mines, real estate, hydro companies, iron ore and steel companies, insurance, automobile companies, food production. The remaining 5% is permitted to be owned by others for cover.
This family seems to be at the very top of the pyramid and the Rothchilds and Soros clans report to the Payseurs.

I saw on rum’s twitter that
Payseur literally means “pay master” someone appointed by a group of buyers, sellers, investors or lenders to receive, hold, and dispense funds.
