Ive read that under Colorado state law bear spray is by definition explicitly called out as a nonlethal self defense item. Is this not accurate? Doesn't matter. If someone attacks me, I assume he is trying to kill me. I'm not going to ask him what is his intent. Or what are his next planned attacks. Or if he has a knife or gun.

Punk with gun had an altercation with Patriot that gun boy initiated, Patriot slaps "security guy" away from him. "Security guy" pulls gun. Notice spent shell casing above gun. Patriot never had a chance. A gun beats bear spray every time.
