When are the feds going to really throw the book at these insurrectionists? This seems to be about one step up from jaywalking. The guys in Michigan are facing charges of plotting to overthrow the government for just meeting and talking but doing nothing. The people in Portland were actively assaulting the government and actively working to overthrow it.

Is seems that radical commie insurrectionists are immune to any charges at the local and state level and are only getting wrist slaps at the federal level.

Yes, I know these are federal charges, the feds don't fool around, and the prison sentences might be long, but these still seem like light charges to me.
