Sounds like the whole quarantine thing could have been avoided if we just had glove dispensers at the door to restrooms and gloved up before going in and then disposing of the gloves as we exit the doorway on our way out.
Or just wash your hands before leaving, and use the paper towel to turn off the faucet and open the door.
Getting rid of those air dryers would be a big help - they’re beyond useless. Also, doors that open outward would help as nothing says “touch someone else’s stuff” like grabbing the door handle in a public restroom to open the door. Even before the plandemic, at least 50% of the people didn’t wash their hands after using the facilities.
The would work if the trash can is placed outside the door.
