If they did it then it would have to have been off of the main camera feed, going through a computer, then out to the audience. It looks like the fly flew off at the end, so hard to tell.

RSBN had a different camera angle that can be compared (although further back). They wouldn't have been able to project a fly onto both feeds.

People were commenting about the fly on the RSBN chat, so most likely real.
