I was given the “high dose” (senior double dose) vaccine about a month ago. Upper arm slightly tender that evening, nothing else to report.

I got the high dose last week. No symptoms at all, not even tenderness at injection site.

Same here: a double dose, some fatigue, a mild head ache, but everything resolved in two days.

For those who doubt the value of a flu shot, I have this to say. Last year I had my shot, as usual, but still caught it. I was in bed for a week, wreching, with fever and chills. The following week my officemate who wasn’t vaccinated caught it and died the next day.

same, only it wasn’t the high dose- never have reactions to flu shots- i watch people around me who don’t get the shot suffer terribly from the flu- and yes, i see some who don’t get shots breeze right through the flu seasons with no issues what so ever- I will still occasionally get the flu with some mild symptoms even with flu shot, but nothing like when i didn’t get flu shots- I usually end up With breathing issue without the shot- flues in the past were horrible for me-
